Music Soul Connections started after the founder, Keegan, interned at D’Addario Strings for 4 years. Keegan started out as any intern, filing papers, getting coffee, and taking notes. After a couple of years he expressed interest in artist relations and video production. D’Addario was kind enough during his last year to move him to the video department. This move allowed Music Soul Connections to be. After being sent on assignment to Soulfest 2010, Keegan shot interviews with the likes of Kutless, Jars of Clay, August Burns Red and MercyMe. Having shot the videos, Keegan asked if he could use them as a resume to show future employers, D’Addario agreed. Since December 2010, Music Soul Connections has been interviewing Christian and none Christian bands alike. In 2011 Keegan decided to focus on the Christian Music Industry.
